Click here to go to the page describing my new venture. It's a boutique-style restaurant which my wife Jennie and I have dreamed of for years. We will offer a formal but relaxed atmosphere, with limited reservations allowing for the guests to be pampered and truly be spoiled with service and food. Our dining capacity is 26 seats, which will consist of a main dining room, a private dining room and my personal favorite, the chef's table. The food will focus on clean local flavors with some inspiration from European cuisines. Menus will be designed around our seasons and will be changing frequently. We look forward to seeing you.

As part of St. Andrews' Indulge Weekend, Savour the Restaurant partners with Motts Landing Vineyard to present a Wine Maker's Dinner: a ten-course tasting menu prepared by Chef Alex with New Brunswick wines from Motts Landing.
